St Patrick’s Festival

Valentia Island Vermouth being served at St Patrick's Festival in Dublin

We had the most fantastic time at Bía Mall, at Collins Barracks serving lots of Valentia Island Vermouth as part of the St. Patrick’s Festival in Dublin. This particular picture was sent to us by a new customer Ev! Ev and her daughter speak Irish, and as it was Seachtaine na Gaeilge, St. Patrick’s Festival AND Orla went to an all Irish speaking school, the whole transaction was done as Gaeilge!

We were serving a Valentia on the rocks, simple and straight up:

35ml of Valentia Island Vermouth, ice and a slice of orange. Delicious.

St Patrick’s Festival goers also had a V&T – again a super simple serve of 35ml Valentia Island Vermouth, a dash of tonic water, ice and a slice of orange.

With dancing going on until nighttime – we knew a Valentia Spritz would go down exceptionally well, 35ml – 50 ml of Valentia Island Vermouth, 100ml of sparkling wine, ice and a slice of orange.

Did you know that Negroni’s are one of the most ordered cocktails in the world! And now you can make your’s Irish. Simply measure even amounts of three ingredients: Valentia Island Vermouth, gin and Campari into a glass with LOTS of ice. Serve with a slice of orange.

It was such a great weekend – and it was so great to meet everyone. We very much look forward to being back in Collins Barracks for the next St Patrick’s Festival.
