To celebrate Ireland beating Italy in the Six Nations rugby, we have made an Italian classic cocktail, made using all Irish ingredients. This Irish Negroni is super easy to make because it’s just equal measures of three ingredients: Valentia Island Vermouth, SkelligSix18 gin and StillGarden Distillery’s O’Maro, the only Irish Amaro.
The key here is to stir all ingredients really well in ice to chill them, and dilute them a bit, as it is just alcohol mixed with alcohol, mixed with alcohol. Serve it in a tumbler glass and garnish it with a slice of orange.
