All Aboard! The Aer Lingus Aergroni lands in Dublin Airport Executive Lounge! Negroni lovers rejoice as the newest cocktail in the Aer Lingus Executive Lounge in Dublin Airport, Craft Irish Spirits menu has landed. Made with Irish spirits the Aergroni is made with equal parts Valentia Island Vermouth, Blood Monkey Irish gin and Campari.

This is a first class twist on the classic Negroni to give all those lucky fliers a taste of contemporary Ireland. If you want to take to the skies from the comfort of your own home, all you need to do to make this Aergroni is:

Get a big jug and fill it with ice and add:

  • 35ml Valentia Island Vermouth
  • 35ml of Blood Monkey gin
  • 35ml Campari
  • stir through the ice until the just is too cold to touch
  • strain into an ice filled tumbler
  • garnish with a slice of orange
  • Sláinte!
