A zingy grapefruit cocktail

Recipe

Add ice to a glass
Add 35ml of Valentia Island Vermouth
Add freshly squeezed grapefruit
Add a few drops of Bitters (Mary Beara Bitters)
Add soda water
Give it a little stir
Garnish with a slice of lemon
