Recipe

• Fill a mixing jug with ice
• Add 35 ml of Valentia Island Vermouth
• Add 35 ml of Green Spot Whiskey
• Add a few drops of Angostura bitters
• Give it a stir
• Strain into a Martini glass
• Garnish with some cherries (Maraschino cherries)
