Negroni Sbagliato

This drink recently went viral. A Negroni with Prosecco instead of Gin.

Recipe

Add a good bit of ice to a glass
Pour 35ml Valentia Island Mermouth over the ice
Add 35ml of Campari
Add 75ml of Prosecco
Garnish with a slice of Orange
Give it a little mix and enjoy!
