Negroni Marmalade Sour

A super fun, exciting, Negroni sour with marmalade that’s easy to make

Recipe

Add ice to a Boston Shaker
Add 25 ml of Valentia Island Vermouth
Add 25 ml of Irish Gin (Skellig Six 18)
Add 10 ml of Amaro (O’Maro Irish Amaro)
Add a teaspoon of Marmalade (Skellig jam)
Add an egg white
Squeeze a half lemon (about 25 ml)
Add a couple of drops of Bitters (Mary Beara’s Bitters)
Give it a shake
Strain into a glass and add a big ice cube
