Recipe

• Add loads of ice to a Jug
• Add 25 ml of the Valentia Island Vermouth
• Add 50 ml of Gin (Bertha’s Revenge Gin)
• Add a couple of dashes of orange bitters (Mary O’Sullivan, Beara Bitters)
• Give it a stir
• Strain into a glass
• Garnish with orange peel
