An Emerald is an all Irish Manhattan

Recipe

Add ice to a stirring jug
Add 35 ml of Valentia Island Vermouth
Add 50 ml of Irish Whiskey (Foxes Bow)
Add 2 drops of Cocktail Bitters (Mary’s Beara Bitters)
Strain into a Martini glass
Garnish with a little orange peel
