Recipe

Add ice to a glass
Add 35 ml of Valentia Island Vermouth
Add 10 ml of freshly squeezed lemon juice
Add a couple of drops of aromatic bitters (Mary’s Beara Bitters)
Garnish with a Bay Leaf
