Happy Valentine’s Day! As we live here, on the original Love Island, we made a Valentine’s Valentia Spritz!
Here we have paired Valentia Island Vermouth with some sparkling Rosé and garnished with some pomegranate seeds. It is absolutely delicious.
As with all our Cocktails in the Cottage, it is super easy to make: Get a big goblet or a big wine glass and fill it with ice. Measure 50ml of Valentia Island Vermouth and pour over the ice, and now pour 100ml of Sparkling Rosé into the glass. Topped with a dash of soda water and garnish with pomegranates.
